The International Desk is responsible for handling all matters concerning non-Egyptian patients.

International Desk Services:

• Receive patient medical records
• Communicate  medical procedure information, estimated cost, and estimated duration of hospitalization
• Arrange transportation of the patient to and from the airport via car or ambulance
• Reserve outpatient clinic or room reservations
• Reserve hotels and apartments
• Monitor patients during their hospital stay
• Communicate with family, companies and/or embassies
• Arrange entertainment packages in Egypt
