Our nurses provide physical and emotional care, promote comfort, serve as patient advocates, assist in rehabilitative efforts, teach self-care and health promotion activities and administer treatments prescribed by physicians. Patient-care activities are conceived and coordinated to help individuals gain independence as rapidly as possible and maintain an optimal level of function. When multiple health-care providers are involved, our nurses coordinate patient-care efforts to improve the quality of care.
Our critical care nurses specialize in the comprehensive care of all critically ill patients with single and multiple system failure. The critical care nurses provide advanced nursing care to patients under observation, telemetry monitoring and advanced technological services.

The Mission of the Nursing Department is to provide holistic patient-focused care by a skilled, educated, multinational nursing workforce. The Nursing Department, under the direction of the Director of Nursing, provides 24-hour patient care for emergency, medical, surgical, critical care, and perioperative care.
